At HomexDesign, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products . We understand that occasionally, you may need to return a product or request a refund. To make this process as smooth as possible, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Return Policy

Our return and refund policy last 48 Hours. If 48 Hours have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product purchased from HomeXDesign if it meets the  following conditions:

– The product is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

– You initiate the return request within 48 Hours of receiving the product.

– The product is not a custom-made or personalized item, as these are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

1.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

– Contact our customer support team at hello@homexdesign.com to request a return authorization.

– Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting photographs if the item is damaged or defective.

– Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping label if necessary.

– Carefully package the item and we will initiate a pickup within 2 to 3 business days of the return authorization. Make sure to handover the return shipping label along with the product to the pickup guy. 

1.3 Shipping Returns

If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, HomeXDesign will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

– The returned product meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in section 1.1.

– Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

2.2 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the returned item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.

2.3 Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, as per your preference, and cover the return shipping costs.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

5. Order Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
