Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt).
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Products purchased from OUTLET or Non-returnable
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence
- Used items (unless defective or damaged upon arrival)
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- Report it to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hello@homexdesign.com
- Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost
4. Return Process
- Contact our support team at hello@homexdesign.com with your order details
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the instructions provided
Note: Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
5. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- In some cases, we may deduct the return shipping cost (if applicable)
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier)
- After dispatch, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return once the item is delivered
7. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
